Overview

Flagpole Swim came to us for a full website redesign to be transitioned using our new platform.

As one of the first clients to use our in-house developed platform, Flagpole Swim benefited from our pre-made, yet highly customizable architecture. Websites could be created from start to finish in less than 3 months as compared to competitors taking anywhere from 6-12 months.

New and Enhanced Features

Numerous pain points were both conveyed by the client and uncovered during our discovery session. To solve these issues, we improved and implemented the following:

Checkout Process - The existing site included a multi-step checkout process which we then converted to our platform’s standard one-page checkout.

Product Detail Page - This feature builds trust, influences purchase decisions through compelling visuals, optimizes product descriptions and utilizes clear calls-to-action.

Lookbook - Showcasing the latest products, trends and ideas, the lookbook inspires the fashion-foward customer looking for their next favorite statement piece.

Taxonomy - Crucial for user experience, the improved taxonomy organizes content logically and optimizes searchability.

Pattern Library

A robust pattern library is integrated directly to the site’s architecture. This template is used for every site utilizing the in-house platform. Altering components such as fonts, colors and icons is as simple as changing each element in our centralized library.

Emotional Connection

Not only do we need to focus on the UX of the project, generating an emotional connection with the end user is just as important. As a high-end product, using quality photography, imagery and style is a must to relate to the target audience.
